Depend on the Repacker..
Russian Repackers (RG etc.) -> Only rip off languages, but he uses his own effed up installer which installs in russian So will need to change it manually once installed..
Some others rip off movies/Cut scenes / Multi player and even lower textures to rip them..Better to download after searching for the ripper, If his known, his previous work can be found with user comments
