it lags mostly not because of your rig, but because of the DRM protection rockstar has used for the game. Skidrow has mentioned this officially. get the latest update for the game by Skidrow. it's about 1.4GB. it has a separate option to do that this describe by wolve. it lags a little on my PC as well bt it should be lag as I got a low-mid range rig...

yup.I thnk thats da problam.I tried different graphic settings..There is no differance in high settings and low settings...Same lag
