The problem with the movie lagg was fixed.
The update Batman.Arkham.City.Update.1.01-FiGHTCLUB is the december/2011 update.
There are two more updates after that. 1st some what 100mb one and a 400mb+ one..Don't know the scene release name for them since I get them from WINDOWS LIVE itself.

Latest update details from Rocksteady (u can check arkham has moved forum for this/but pirated update is not available there)

We are pleased to confirm that the second major patch for the PC version of Batman: Arkham City is now available across all digital platforms. We would like to thank our community for their patience and support while we worked on these fixes. Your save files will automatically update to version 2 after this update.

Fixes that this patch addresses are listed below:
* Occurences of Save File Corruption
* Achievement re-locking issues
* Crossfire/SLI Issues
- Graphical flickering
- FPS improvements when running crossfire
* Instances of 32 bit memory problems
* Improvements to performance in cut scenes/cinematics and death taunts
