use Sony vegas for video editing machan, Download "megui" encorder.
After you do ur video editing stuff, encord it, using megui.
use a megui tutorial incase if u gt stuck while encording.

machan, therez an easy way and a little bit hard way,
easy way wil do the job quickly and automatically it will compress the gameplay video into 20x times, but it will slightly reduce the quality.
Easyway is this.
Download "VirtualDub" (google it and download this for free)
Download "Xvid codec" (google it and download this for free)
After you download install both of them
Then Open VirtualDub and go File ->Open video (and select your gameplay video)
After that, go to Video ->Compress
When you open the compression window select "Xvid mpeg4 codec" and press OK
At last go to File again and save it.
Compression will start. will take few mins,
Job done.
