yeah bro, i think you are recording time is longer than me. thats why, im telling about a MW2 one online session. tz around 275mb after I encorded using "H264 AVC Mpeg4" format.

or if you are editing the video using Sony vegas, then you can render it under 1080p/720p option.

In Fraps im Ticking "Force loseless RGB capture(May be slower) option as well to record in HQ"
