1.drink your morning milk glass after eating something..its better if you eat a proper meal.other than bread or something like that.remember dont put milk to your empty stomach.specially in the morning.

2.dont eat inbetween meals..this quite oppasite to waht doctors say..doctors kiyana widihata ehama kawahama pain eka adu wenawa thamai..eth eka thawakalikai.

3.have a glass of water in every hour.

4take your lunch around 11 am..its better if u can take this before 1.pm

5.then have your dinner as soon as possible.dont eat if its past 8 pm.its better if you can stay without eating..

6.in the next day..have your breakfast.not milk.

do this for a week or two..it will be hard first time around.but i promise you u can heal this "mala wathe". kiwata karala balapan..honda unne nathan.man elairi eken ain wenawa.
