FYI :
1. Payoneer does not issue prepaid cards for individuals but for organization/company employees as a payout solution.visit http://www.payoneer.com/ to see the organizations which issue payoneer debit cards.

2. Payoneer does not allow to link card with Other bank accounts or 3rd party finalcial systems like paypal, alertpay.

3. Payoneer does not support ACH or wire transfer for non US residents. But you can buy a virtual US bank account for $100 (Annual fee) which allows ACH. Virtual account does not support wire transfers.
