getting a new SLT connection

I need to get a new slt connection, ADSL connection and a peo tv to my home. the platinum package seems to be good. but I dont have a good enough idea about that package. and the customer care service is a total bullshit, they are not capable of giving me those information that I need to get an idea about the total i have to spend for the new package...
there is something called like, they are charging additionally if the distance is more than 500m from an unknown "x" location to my home. and one of those girls in slt customer care said that it is only applied for the ADSL connection......
I have bought an ADSL connection previously and cant remember anything like that though, I paid the advertised amount and then I got the connection...

are there anyone recently purchased a connection? if then please clear this mess for me.
