mercury ups eka thama egollanta wedima warranty replace karanna wena item eka....
i think APC & Powertree....Panora is good.....but wait 4 experts too

I m using a one n sumtimes when the power goes down power supply is interrupted
dunno whether is it happening coz ive plugged ma amplifier to it

ups operates from 190v...to 250v....[voltage range may vary from one 2 one] of supply voltage & give exatly 230v [or 220v/240v] to pc [without drop]....

APC brand eka ganin machan.. 500VA is about Rs5000, where other brand's 650VA is around Rs4500.

APC 800VA eka nan I guess wud be around 7-8k dunno for sure...

AVR - auto voltage regulator. most today's UPS support AVR functionaltiy .

p.s - if U have very high power sucking pc then dont go for 500VA go for 800VA . Its not only the time which matters...
