If you got a Android, BlackBerry, iPhone, Nokia S60 or Windows mobile you can get this app...

Click "Send to phone"
Select country, enter your mobile number and press send...
Follow da link appeared in the SMS....

This works even your mobile doesn't have a built in GPS device.

i am currently having Nokia 6500 slider can this application / system work on my phone i don't know the OS of my phone but want to use the GPS facility without wasting too much money buying GPS device exclusively.

If it works that you are really g8 man!!!

Otherwise i would have to separately buy an GPS enabled phone as i am frequent traveler

Hey,
Your 4n Nokia 6500 having a JAVA based OS and its a S40. So above link may not work for u. Please try for this soft from other sites like http://www.dotsis.com/

This app do not need a GPS device, Watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6gqipmbcok.
But accuracy may low without GPS.
Give it a try....
