Government and Private Schools should be used as Evening University Government Should utilize all resourses to conduct classes on evening as University in Schools. Because most of the people are working Class. If we use the free space in the evening it will boost the education level in the Country. After O/L they should be Degree. There is no point in studying A?L. The education System Should be Modular exams similar to IT. From O/L onwards. We should be a country like canada where every one is holding a degree. The education and health can be paid by National Insurance which should be charged in each person's salary.Similar to UK but where only health is paid. where rich people will be paid half of schools and university fees.And all poor people are paid in full.
