I really don't know about their news. But they were really big spammers. They came in many fake IDs and spam their site in ElaKiri.

As i know they used to copy and paste news from all other srilankan sites and put adsense around it to make money. May be now they have started writing their own news and got banned.

Anyway providing news should be done in very responsible way. Hope they will change after the ban lift. Good Luck

Unless the govt changes anytime soon, the ban wont be lifted anytime soon. Its an antii govt news site.
As for the responsibility, I dont think they've even heard of the word. They print all kinds of fantasy stories as news items.
