We are going to design this.
1.Create a new file in RGB mode.you can select any size what you want.
Fill it with a color like this.(i have Set R-70 G-70 B-70)
Next , Download the below image, and place it on our art work.You may need to Resize it according to your art work size.
2.Make it smaller than the artwork size like this.And change the BLENDING MODE to LIGHTEN.
3.Create a NEW LAYER. Fill it with a Radial Gradient.you can use any color.But make sure the Edge Color Shoud Be Dark and Midle color Light.Chek Below image.
4.Now add some text in the middle.Use any cool color.And RASTERRIZE THEM.Make a Duplicate of that Text Layer.
5.Change the Bottom text layer BLENDING MODE to MULTIPLY.
6.Change the top text Layer Blending mode to DIVIDE.
7.Now move the top text layer to the right side little bit.Hit move right side 2 or 3 times in KeyBoard.
8.We are Going to add a Layer Style to these two text Layers.
Firstly add a Stroke Style to bottom text Layer.
use the settings which I have Shown below.
A. Use a stroke size depending in your Text size.
B. Change the blending mode of stroke color to Overlay.
C.Keep opacity of stroke Like 90%.
D.Use a grey Color as Stroke Color.
9.Add Outer Glow Style to Top Text Layer.
A.Change the Blending Mode of Outer glow As LINEAR LIGHT.
B.Use a some light color(Light Blue work fine).
C.Outer glow size depending on your text size.
But make it smaller than Stroke of Bottom Text Layer.
10.Now add a new Layer.This should be Below the bottom most text Layer.
and create shape like in below image Using POLYGONAL LASSO TOOL(You can use pen Tool too).
11.Using GRADIENT TOOL, fill it with Linear Gradient Style.Feel Free to use any color.I have used these colors.
And change the Blending mode to Overlay.
In here you can use any BLENDING MODE which you may feel Look cool.No rules same as the color.
12.Create a another new layer above the last layer.and repat the same steps as last stime.
create a shape,fill with gradient,changing Blending mode.
I have Duplicated last layer in here,and messup with blending mode.If you want you can do the same.
Check below image.
13.Repeat this procces.
14.I have added new layer,and filled with different Gradient Color.
15.Now we are going to add some colors to Corners.
Create aNew layer.Again Draw some sahpe in corners using Polygonal Lasso tool.
This time fill it with Gradient "One side visible"
This what I'm talking about.
I have change one end slider Opacity to 0%.
After fill it with above Gradient.Change its BLENDING MODE(Feel free to use any Blending Mode which looks cool)
Make a duplicate of it and Move it Little bit Forward.You may need to some Resizing the Second Shape to cover the Corner.
I drew Aonthr shape like this,(in New Layers) duplicated it. I place it bit down.Check below Image.
Hope you Drew All these Sahpes in Different Layers.
Now Select all the CORNER STRIPES LAYERS.
While holding Alt button , move them with Left Click.This will make a copy of all these layers.
Place them on the other side corner(RIGHT ABOVE SIDE CORNER)you will need to Rotate them to Cover the Corner.
18.Next finally I added some Crazy shapes below the text layers. fill them with differnt colors,and use different Blending Mode.
Keep remeber to create these crazy shapes in different layers.
and duplicate them one by one.add some blur effect to them.and change Thier Blending mode too.
Feel free to cretae any shape,any color and any Blending mode which may looks Cool.
I created this one too using same techniques.
