The answer is:
You can work from home at any time. Upload your work to the working area and get it approved by whoever is managing your project. when the customer agrees with your logo header or background or button image everything is done. Else you have to redo this job again until the customer is satisfied.

are you serious? because few weeks ago, sorry arse biatch invited me just like you did here. i got to work in a big banners and web site designs project, project was completed one week before the dead line but i didn't get any money. ruined my weekends

Hey man sorry to here that.
In fact I also ran into trouble like that when I was starting. I did entire software in Java for nothing, though he/she promised me 400US$.
Remember,
Don't work without prior agreement.
Always watermark your graphic work (with your name email address) and if you are developing software add a function which would disable the software. Remove it when the payment is completed.
Your art work looks nice send me your email address (PM). I'll consider your posts too. Anyway as mentioned earlier in this thread a final decision would be made after the 6th of January 2012.
