Sorry bro I am not a quantity surveyor nor a civil engineer !
but what I can tell is visit some colleges APIIT ACBT ICBT ...etc

basically to finish a degree u need minimum 3 years !

and don't forget to get some advice from any civil engineer or quantity surveyor. since they are the people who are in the field they will have plenty of experience and the advice may befit you !
