Thes photos was taken on the 21st of January 2012 at the Perakumba Street in Kurunegala. Just see how an ARMY car has been parked so nicely in the junction obstructing the movement of other vehicles. Two police officers were found to be on duty close to the same car. Have they allowed parking there??
The tails of the traffic police run high only if an ordinary citizen does a minor mistake. But just see this. The car is in between the two roads. Can an Army car be parked in the middle of the road just because they won the war with the LTTE.?? Can this thing happen when traffic police officers are by the roads every 10 meters??
