GRID: Game menu loads but image is scrambled...HELP!

Please Help
PC Specs are below and i ran the systemrequirementslab.com test on this and it passed

CPU: E2180 2Ghz dual core
VGA: MSI HD2600 pro 512mb
mobo: DG31PR

still downloading sltnet ne 59KBps max
there was this issue with alt+tab in CS it worked fine with the onboard video but this one just didnt support that and after i forcefully closed MW(alt+F4) physical mem dumps came up but not always its fine now but the alt+tab isnt workin with cs(i ran only in opengl tho)

afaik, SLTNet doesn't give 59kB/s
