Hope this will help.

Normally we see games storing data in “My Documents –> My Games”, but some games use different places for storing save games. GTA 4 store save games here:

In XP, the path is:

<Drive Where Windows Is Installed>:\Documents and Settings\<Folder With The USER NAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames

In Vista, the path is:

<Drive Where Windows Is Installed>:\Users\< Folder With The USER NAME >\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames

mcahan oke <Drive Where Windows Is Installed>:\Documents and Settings\<Folder With The USER NAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft wala thiyena "xlive" kiyana folder ekath backup gaththadha? I think u need that one too for restore da saved data
