When you bark at a dog or when a dog barks at you it is terrorism.. But both can't help it. Because there is no easier way to communicate because that is the way dogs communicate when they dislike someone.
So one can let dogs bark at him..
for there is no choice for the poor dog,
but as a human being he should try a better way...
Trying to ban is a better way than barking. Because one has to find some logical way to get that done. Even if all the logic fails the mind tried would learn a bit to be logical than before...
