    i'll come to the point,,

    iam too skinny, i mean bloody skinny, i want to gain weight, but i eat a lot, i mean when compared with my other average friends i eat a lot, but still iam skinny,

    i don't do exercises a lot, but i walk, I'm not in to sports

    guys please help me with this, i thought of going to a gym , so is that an option,

    You may be over-concerned about your Physical weight .

    So let me tell you this You may be comparing yourself with your fellow Obese friends (Judging By Your ID ; Well Sorry for My Stereotyping )

    First Calculate Your Body Mass Index(BMI). Measure Your Height In Meters (H) and Your Weight In Kilograms (W) . The BMI value is Equal to W/ H^2

    If That Value Is Below The Value 18.5 . There is Something Either Intrinsically Or Extrinsically Wrong with your System Or Lifestyle. But Do not panic. It Could Be Normal With Your Genetic Potential , Mine is a Bit lower Too :lol:

    Consult a Qualified Doctor . They Will Test You for huge possible range of causes. For Your Instance Starting from a Thyroid Function Test And So On ! And Afterwards They May Direct You to a Dietician for Further Management .
