U have to do some reference first to do a 3D site in flash.
just visit 13flo.com.
But up to flash cs3 u don't have the axis in flash.So u have to use external clases.I think papervision is very good.
Visit gotoandlearn.com for some papervision tutorials.
But if u have cs4 it has z-axis and allows u to animate with it even in time line with out coding.
