anyone know a place to buy Handycam batteries and carrying bags for cheap price?

i tried on siedles, but their prices are too high

what i have is a sony handycam
its battery time is very very low
about 1 hour

so, a extra battery is very needed to me
also a bag because i dont hav a place to keep it safe

and, can you tell me whether there is a device to charge battery externally?
i mean to charge the second battery without using the handycam
