i got 1 80gb wich has 2 partions
and a 40 gb wich has 1 partion
so i got 2 hard disks 3partions...

I have only 3 partitions on 2 hard drives (2 on one drive and 1 on the other)

yea same thing here. 2 hard drives n 3 partitions. the drive with the system has two partitions. other hard disk is dedicated for movies n TV series

Things have improved with SP1. But, now with SP1, FRAPS and my network shaper don't work properly
