have any one got this problem?

Since few days I was annoyed to see that when I press the shut down button in my windows XP, it was restarting again. So i did a little bit of search on the google. There were so many people affected like this and also so many solutions but none of them were useful in my case.
Does any one have a concrete solution for this problem? please reply...

Machan....matath masekata withara kalin mehema prashnayak una....
Hard eka format karala thamae godadagatte.....
Mata hithena widiyata NK kiyala local product ekak (virus) thamae hethuwa. Pen drive ekakin infect une...antivirus ekata (Avast pro) detect uneth ne!! Me NK "virus" eka hadala thienne lankawe, Matara O/L student kenek Kalupahana kiyala...ammapa mata oka ahuwunoth........

he also had the same problem.and he think its a virus...and finally he has format his hard disk.and then was everything back again,he has been infected by a pen drive .
