Not only the management. HCL is an Indian company. Hindustan Computers Ltd, established more than 40 odd years ago. Recently with their offshore IT resourcing they have grown & expanded into many countries.
They became well known (for the wrong reasons) with their H-1B visa scam in the US. Also with another Data leak as well. I don't remember the exact details of this at the moment.
Saw in the news that they have started in SL, along with the BOI.
