When I was listening to one of my all time favourite songs from a very old selection, I thought of checking it's lyrics, the song is "Heaven & Hell" by Black Sabath, a '70s heavy metal band

I used to like this song mainly due to it's spectacula guitar parts, but, lyrics too are spectacular in a cetain point of view, would like to see what you guys think.........listen & read the lyrics & comment.........

Well, A Good one! Thanks Big J. I also got caught by the amazing guitar parts. Also the meaning is about all of us being in a theory but not bleeding for it. It's the damn way we are made live after all. I remembered Bob's Time will tell and Kinky reggae songs. Not equal perfectly but touching a bit.

well... indeed interesting..... but seems to me the dude was just high when he wrote it

but then again......... some people are really quite profound while they're high eh? anyway nice lyrics

going off on a tangent here .. I used to have this friend.. we would talk for hours and hours on a vast variety of topics and have some great conversations... it occured to me later that the best of those were while he was off in another world so to speak... so who knows........ maybe there's something here that us sober souls can't quite grasp (I speak for myself, since I didn't really get much of it)
