at the moment I'm in out of Srilanka , i willing to come next month Sl so i need to know some Kandy or Badull guy's , about dialog Internet signal and speed ? also good place for get some room

Both Badulla and Kandy have HSPDA access in Dialog. Bt in Badulla it is only around twn area

Dude, around kandy city hsdpa is ok... but about 4,5 kms away from town connection is so unstable.. mostly u get only GPRS...No need to say that it is damn slow

aumm ...!! thank friend , im goin SL after long time so ther have POLICE register System like colombo? beoz only me come SL, my home town is Panadura , if Badull Police need some DOC i dont have any thing with me , have my passport only. its okay ?
