Help - Admob adsense and Youtube (PAYING) on same email account

I want to publish some apps (5) to the play store with ad-mobs (some apps with inside ads and some paid apps without any ads) . Also i want to make a adsense enabled monetizible youtube account as well for a game review/tech news channel. Is it safe to do both these tasks with same email address. Because when i try to change the channel name on youtube it changes the email name completly. I need to have a different name for the app publisher company name and a different name for youtube channel.
