Help - Adsense Check not realized

I deposited my June adsense check in late August at HSBC but the check is not yet realized. Generally I get the adsense checks realized within 21 working days. When I asked the bank they say they have sent the check to the issuing bank (ie Citi Bank Europe Plc) and are still waiting for their signature confirmation.

What can I do? Are there EK guys who deposit adsense checks at HSBC?
