Macho most probably there is a problem with your Main Board. Did U check for "Beep" Sounds.

First You have to check RAM & VGA with another PC and if it's working properly, 1.Clear the CMOS
2.Remove All PCI cards & IDE cables.
3.Fix only that 128 RAM

and try to boot

There are lots of possibilities to your situation. Below is a list what I think that could happen.

1. CPU is overheating because fan is not working properly or the thermal paste is not applied correctly. When overhaeting the computer is automatically rebooted in most of the times to save the CPU from heat.

2.Your OS is currupted. This could also reboot the computer whith out any warnings.

3.Bad memory could also do this. Some times memory error are not detected from the BIOS.

If you can tell us when this situation started and what changes were done before it went to this state it would be a grate help to judge what has happened

1st one is not applicable because CPU will not overheat in just a few seconds even without the fan spinning at all. If the system resetted after working for minutes or even hours, then it is a possibility.

It is the bad memory that most of the times corrupt an OS.
