    Bleeding in the head doesn't exactly present the full picture of the condition. Intracranial haemorrhage is a broad term. You need to know where the bleeding occurs. Also whether the patient is on blood thinners or any other medications etc matters.
    Some hospitals do not have the resources to manage. It's an emergency that needs to be handled by a neurosurgeon. Sometimes immediate decompression needs to be done.
    Some haemorrhages does not require surgery. That depends on factors like size, location etc.
