Mchn then what do u recommend me to do?

Go for masters or start a job like customer service once you are in you can climb up fast. Then apply for management trainee but without inside contacts hopless.Just dont waste time thinking about it.

Let me tell you the bitter truth. First of all buddy, there is zero chance for migrating on PR if you don’t have at least 3 years of post qualified experience. To be honest with you, your degree is not a specialized one hence it is difficult to find a job in the fields of Accounting, HR or marketing.

But here is the bright side, you may be able to apply for a master’s scholarship at a foreign university with your first class degree. Then you can work towards applying for PR. If you plan to settle in SL, try applying for a management trainee position at a bank or a company, else try to apply for lecturer posts at private universities. Else, try to do CIM, CIMA or CA to gain a professional qualification that specializes you in a certain field. In the mean time, develop your soft skills, proficiency in English and MS Office (specially Excel). All the best!
