I need to find the best FREE Online Storage Service to keep online backups of some files

I dunnno what do u mean by Onine backup
but when it comes to normal PC backup
I'd say dropbox is the best choice afaik

you have to keep a separate folder to keep the files which you are intend to keep a backup of

Whenever u add a file into that folder it'll automatically upload it to the sever
and even when u modify that particular file it'll automatically update the corresponding file in their server too

However there will be some limitation on file storage at the begining
U can increase it by paying or invite some others to use dropbox
