Help Me Machoo New VIRUS

Hi, I apologise appear to be infected by some malware. The IE homepage is continually reset to w*w.anemanda.com. If you change the website it either changes a few seconds later or reset to the above site once you open and close IE. Problem does not affect other browsers. I also noticed that a USB stick I put into that PC has infected two other PC's that it was used on. I have checked my USB stick and the bug seems to create an nkrockerz1.vbs file and an autorun.inf which recreates the vbs file if it does not exist. I have renamed these files and deleted temp internet files and cookies and so far it does not appear to have reappeared on either of the other two PC's although it still seems to be affecting the original PC's. I have searched for those files but they are not on the original PC's and MBAM is not finding anything else. Has anyone come across this before or do they know how to remove it? I have renamed copies of the vbs file and the autorun files is anyone wants to take a look at them.

There is a serious virus calling NKrokerz1.vbs spreading these days.
Mostly its coming through pen drives and other portable media.

It will infect to your computer and wait some time around 2 or 3 hours.
Then it will start to delete files in your computer without a notice excluding your system partition.

Data recovery packages are also failing to recover most of them.

My advice is keep your virus guard definitions up to date and make sure your not allowing to execute autorun.inf files in your portable media.

Its much better to backup your valuable data.
