It is Better to buy PB5 MOBO If you need features...(Wifi) Otherwise Try MOBO Like Gigabyte GA-965P (Pro)
But.....
Asus is better than Gigabyte IMO.
The thing with these overclocking boards is that they might not be as stable as Intel motherboards. I'm not saying they are NOT stable. But they can be unstable.

But P5B is the best choice, as DS3 board is not available around. However, DS3's revision 3.3 allows installation of FSB1333 CPUs. Not sure if P5B allows that.

Thats where all the fun and hard work is.BTW I found that DFI , Foxconn ,ASUS and MSI are very stable @ OCing.OCers usually dont geton with gigabyte boards , dont knw why.Tomshardware hav MSI neo4 platinum or sumthing with Intel chipset that they say very stable at OCing.Overclockers.com members had some gr8 DFIs.

If u go to http://www.xtremesystems.org, you'll see there are all sort of overclockers. DS3, DQ6, P5B-Deluxe, P5W DH, Commando, StrikerExtreme, BadAxe, BadAxe2 but no MSI.

Why do you Stuck with Intel 965?.... Go for the Best... Try MOBO with 975 Chipset or Nvidia's 680i ...
Intel 975 is old. 965 is newer, better, supports DDR2-800 (original 975X supports only up to 667). 680i is pathetic. Overclocks well, but at stock settings, it's slower than Intel chipsets and uses hell of a lot of more power. (680i chipset uses more power than my processor!!!! WTF!!!) 680i should be only considered if going for an SLI rig.

And 680i is very popular for burning of RAMS(especially the EVGA board)
And they blame it on the RAM manufacturers saying 2.4V is not safe for DDR2, when none of the other chipsets faced that problem.

But http://www.xtremesystems.org/ are not biased towards any one. They only get the fastest CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAMs, best coolers, power supplies. Some of them even had Core 2 Duo's 3-4 months before launch. Some of them even has X2900XT cards!!!
