yeah.DDR is too stable. But not much as DDR2 IMHO.But they get freaky hot!! ...
DDR2 hot? Hell no! DDR2 1GB ValueRAM only uses 1.872W (at 1.8V)!!! That's about twice as lower than DDR.

Compared to you guys I haven't learned that much but compared to my age I'm far beyond (Not a show off or an argue)
I just saw this frm shans post.U r in home after doing OLs right?U havent learnt even the response time is better when value is closer to zero.Thats too bad.BTW compared to GIT u may be good.I learnt a hell of a lot @ that time being in home.

This is like greek to me. What are u telling. DDR1 is better than DDR2 or DDR1 is cooler than DDR2 or DDR1 is more stable than DDR2, or vise versa???

    sort of misunderstanding between us.
    DDR2 is better than DDR1
    DDR2 is cooler than DDR1
DDR1 is more stable than DDR2-dont knw much.I think 2 is more stable

    BTW DDR1 is 2.6V~4.0V like,isn't it?

Correct voltage of DDR1 is 2.5V
Faster ones, i.e. Kingston HyperX needs 2.7-2.9V.
Overclockers may go up to 3.2V, but not any higher!!!!

Correct voltage of DDR2 is 1.8V
Correct voltage of DDR3 is 1.5V

Am already on the limits :P

    500/800 :D

    a post i did smtym ago ;)
    NFSMW:

    @ 480/800
27-29 FPS with every option on/maxed out.
29-32 FPS with 1x minus of shadow detail & road reflection settings + Vsync off

    @ 490/800
27-29 FPS with every option on/maxed out.
31-33 FPS with 1x minus of shadow detail & road reflection settings + Vsync off

    @ 500/800
27-30 FPS with every option on/maxed out.
33-37 FPS with 1x minus of shadow detail & road reflection settings + Vsync off

    @ 510/800
25-29 FPS with every option on/maxed out.
27-37 FPS with 1x minus of shadow detail & road reflection settings + Vsync off

    @ 520/800
24-29 FPS with every option on/maxed out.
29-42 FPS with 1x minus of shadow detail & road reflection settings + Vsync off

So 500/800 is stable! I'll keep it at that or around 495/785.

No! 7600GT has the best performance per watt in Geforce 7 series.
