Help me to open a file

File එකක් Open කරන්න උදව්වක්..

Can anyone please help me to open this file?
I tried with 3 different versions of Visual CertExam and results are like this.

v1.9 - This file is created with an older version of Visual CertExam
v3.1, v3.4 - This file is created with a newer version of Visual CertExam
VCE Simulator v1 - This file is created with a newer version of VCE Simulator
