You cant do this from the router alone. You will need a proxy server/web filter installed and configured to block access.

Change this to some thing like :

PCs <--> Switch <---> Server <--> Router

Then the server has full control over the network and you can configure it the way you want.

With that router alone you cannot control site access but you can easily use that router for the setup I suggested.
