Turn on the phone! Type *#06# and PM me the IMEI (Or serial number, it depends) to me. Then i think i can provide u with a unlock code 4 it! But im not sure. It might not work!! We'll giv a try! Or else the easiest way is to go 2 one of the unlocking places around colombo and get a cable solution! Might cost u a bit!

as far as my experience has thought me unlock codes are the best method to unlock your phone, i
used codes from http://www.mobile-unlocker.com/ to unlock my phone
and it worked well jus check if your phone is listed for unlocking
