Help needed for a DVD player

Hello,
I have a problem with a DVD Player,
its a Panasonic SA VK80D Setup.

The problem is the player got reset to factory settings by fault! So, to recover those settings I need to have a Recovery disc.

Though I contacted panasonic, they said they don't have the disc in Sri Lanka.
So, if you guys have any contacts with abroad Panasonic, or if you live abroad, can you get me the recovery disc?

what do you mean reset to factory default setup ?? When you plug it to the TV does it show everything in Japanese ?

no, this was a player which I got for repairing
the owner has reset player by pressing the STOP and OPEN buttons in the remote (by going to the service menu)

Now, only DVD's are not working, an error 'F895' is displayed.
This error is related to Firmware in the EEPROM, so, if I use the recovery disk, I may be able to install the firmware

As this appears to be a model available in Australia, better ask someone in Australia to check with the local Panasonic agent for that cd.
