Help Needed : SLT additional volume

My SLT package is 25GB. Now the connection has slowed down since my download limit is exceeded. How can I request additional volume from SLT? What is the method?
Also if I request 1GB & downloaded something more than 1GB will I have to pay Rs500 rather than Rs250?
Pls help.
