hmm......get da excel wrksheet u wana display 2 da screen.make sure 2 get it 2 da ful screen.den press 'print screen' button in ur keyboard.den open mspaint.den press edit n paste it.den u wil get da screenshot 2 ur mspaint.den save dt file as an image.(jpg).den upload

hmm den use a screenshot takin software.hmm othawys i dnt knw machan.
anyway u cn cut dt particular part and save it as an image 2 upload.somhw u hav 2 make da file as an image file if u wana display it in ek
