First an agent will contact the shop, most of the time shop owners are afraid to take it any further so they'll just give up and let what ever you want. If they refuses then CAA will take legal action, even then we don't have to pay anything (I think). But as I said, it will not go that far.  I did this a long time ago, CAA guys were very helpful and said that was the first time someone has complained against a computer shop, and they were very eager to take on the complaint, cos it was new for them <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/lol.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":lol:" title="LOL    :lol:" data-shortname=":lol:" />.</blockquote>
