Help on New Business Registration!

Can onyone tell me the process of doing a business registration? Can we register at the Divsional Secretariate?

Yes and you have to visit the place and get the form from them. They will tell you all the required documents according to your business and other rules in the area.

You need land ownership or renting documents.

They can ask approvals from labour, environment, health departments etc..

u can register at divisional secretary office if u r registering as Sole owned business. cost would be 1000 or something earlier it was 500.

if u wanna register as a pvt company u need to register at the registar of companies and you have to follow their protocol . like having a company secretary . exporting or importing anything ? then better to reg as acompany
