Does anyone knows what to do?

My laptop is doing weird, it gives virus warnings. I got AVG Anti-Virus
and its shows like every 10 minutes that they found viruses.

Today I deleted a lot of unused software on my laptop, and after that this annoying thing starting.

Its also just playing music. I have NO IDEA from what? coz its not using Windows MediaPlayer or anything else, it just plays a lil song and then stops.

I've done systemrecovery, but I dont have any systemrecovery point. Coz the last time i did was before February, and the calender doesnt go before February!!!

Does anyone knows what to do?? And if so, PLEASE tell it in easy english, not in shortcuts, coz I am anything BUT TECHNICAL!!

thnx in advance

try doing a full virus scan. and then delete all infected files, or heal them using the anti virus software. or, you can backup your important data to an external media, like portable HDD or DVD and then reinstall the pc.

another thing you can do is to install the kaspersky trial version and do a full system scan. it will allow you to scan and delete viruses as a trial software.

what I suggest is update your AVG software. then perform a full system scan.. and do not uninstall the AV product without doing cos you could make it worse by doing that.

oh sis. wht happened? seems like ur pc is infected with malware. Better you try to format the whole pc and install a fresh copy of windows and the software.

And I don't have a copy of Windows nd the software, coz when i bought this laptop everything was already installed on it.

If already there is virus then it wouldn't let you install another virus guard!

Download the latest trial version of Kaspersky or any other AV then make sure its up to date, reboot your PC, while rebooting press F8 then select "safe mode", once you are in the Windows in Safe Mode, uninstall the old AV and install the new one!

Then do a scan and see whether it will detect anything or not!
