try this,this might work

get a mobile phone unlocking software from the internet...in many,there's a box to type the IMEI number of the phone..it maybe written on ya phone's behind(behind the batt.)type it there and u'll receive an unlock code................just try that....it may work....but not 100%

well ull have to download the specific unlocking software. but i dont really recommend doin it. unless im mistaken usually phone service providers do the unlocking for a small fee.. ur in UK ryt? anyways this is what one of ma frnds told me.. hope it helps..
