Restarat wena eka nawaththanna hondama krame Start nokara inna eka..... Just joking bro....
Do you use a good antivirus soft(kaspersky or Bitdefender)..Then u don't have to worry about viruses...if they are up to date....
But you could format c drive and clean install operating system....
If it is restarting again then it is a hardware problem....
But if your RAM is not working well you can't install XP cause an error comes when you installing XP...
