HELP TO CONFIGURE ADSL ROUTER

HI guys, I got USED ADSL Router, I tried to configure it, bt it doesnt access to the internet .But ADSL and LAN LED bulbs are appear in green and Ready bulib Blinking in orange. my network port bulib also appear in Red. i think i did all the configure in right way as per SLT sttings. But cnt access to internet. my Local area connection appears 100mbps when router connected. but cnt access, my router ip is 10.0.0.2

I have the same problem with my router when the telephone line is not working, did u check the phone line?
Did u get a new ADSL connection?
