Help to remove a virus...

This virus is in some where. i can't find it and remove it by virus guard or manually..

Coz of this to all the online ppl whos in ma messenger will get a message from me , which is not send by me,.

help me to remove this..

It says No.. But are you sure this will detect the virus if its still there ?
