This is to inform you all about one of our friend Sanjeeva Sampath Gamage(33 yrs) who works as an User Interface Engineer in IT industry. He is fighting for his life with Acute Leukemia for 3 months and has been admitted to the Cancer Hospital. As recommended by doctors its required to perform a Bone Marrow Transplant immediately. This surgery is currently not available in Sri Lanka thus requiring to perform it in India within 2 months. The estimated amount for this surgery would be 12 million LKR.
Herewith we have attached the fund raising document approved by the cancer hospital & signed by Dr. Mahendra Perera.

Sanjeeva flew to India on 14th December to consult the doctor at Apollo hospital, Chennai who is in-charge of the Bone Marrow Transplant surgery. As per his recommendations Sanjeeva was immediately admitted to the hospital & now under medical treatments. The dates for the surgery would be finalized based on the results of the treatments conducted in India.
